Cora Neroda (Service) clocked 12:42.93 in the 3200 meters at the Anchorage Invite, lowering her mark from 13:09.99 set in April. The freshman placed 14th of 33 competitors and sits #20 statewide and #6 among freshmen. Neroda also set a PR in the 1600 meters, running 5:55.85 to improve from 5:58.20.
Kyra Walter (Chugiak) ran 11:42.94 in the 3200 meters at the Anchorage Invite, bettering her previous time of 11:57.73. The junior finished 6th of 33 competitors and ranks #8 in the state and #4 among juniors.
