Bolles Boys and Girls To Compete At Manhattan Invite

The wheels are up and Bolles HS is bringing four (boys and girls varsity and JV) squads to compete at the Manhattan Invitational in Manhattan, New York this weekend.

As the number one boys team in the state, Bolles represented Florida very well in the Great American Race of Champions. The team had five boys sub 16:10, four of them sub 16, with Charles Hicks leading the way in 14:59.

After a very strong finish this past weekend, the Bolles boys have the potential to take home the team title in the Eastern States Race.  Hicks will also be a strong contender for the individual title.

The Bolles girls stayed local this past weekend at the New World Spectacular meet. As the second ranked team in the state, we know they will represent Florida well in the Eastern States Race.

Last year, the bulldogs finished third to Fayetteville-Manlius and Liverpool. With seven girls sub 19:45, this team knows how to run as a strong pack, and when compared to other teams in the Eastern States Race, they have one of the deepest squads.
