Girls 400m Dash
The famed Sanya Richards-Ross, a graduate of Fort Lauderdale St. Aquinas, went 50.69 seconds in 2002. Like Felix, Richards-Ross had great years as an Olympian and now dabbles with a couple different things. She's been nice enough to build a training plan for MileSplit to offer to young coaches and athletes.
